Jazzy's Butterfly 5" inches

This butterfly is to help raise money for Jazzy.  Jazzy turns 16 on August 3rd.  Unlike most girls turning 16, Jazzy doesn't want a party or a car.  All she wants is to feel better.  She was diagnosed with Lyme Disease in June 2018 and even a month later she is still so sick. 

The money raised will go towards a Lyme Literate (specialist) doctor and blood tests through a lab in California that specializes in Lyme Disease.  These tests will help give the doctor a better idea of what they are dealing with and how to better treat her.
